About Farm to Cooler

The local food supply network

Good food travels
a shorter distance.

Farm to Cooler is a marketplace that connects the farms, bakeries and ranches in your valley with the stores and vending businesses that stock their goods. What's harvested in the morning is in a cooler by noon — not a week later, on a truck from three states away.

Why we built it

Local producers already grow, bake and raise some of the best food around. The hard part was never the food — it's the connection. Small stores and vending operators spend hours chasing suppliers, while farmers struggle to find steady buyers for what's ready this week.

Farm to Cooler puts both sides in one place. Producers list what's available and at what price. Buyers browse nearby, get matched with goods that fit their sourcing needs, and order direct. Producers keep their margin and their story; buyers get fresher goods and shorter supply lines.

How it works

1

Producers list their goods

Farms, bakeries and ranches create a profile with their location, sourcing practices and products — then keep prices and availability up to date from their own dashboard.

2

Buyers get matched

Stores and vending operators browse the marketplace, or describe their sourcing needs and get AI-powered recommendations for local producers and products that fit.

3

Orders go direct

Buyers place orders with quantity and delivery date. Producers confirm, deliver, and get paid — with receipts for every order.

What we stand for

  • Local first. Every producer on Farm to Cooler sells within driving distance of the buyers they serve.
  • Fair to producers. Producers set their own prices and keep their margin. Free to list, with a small fee only on fulfilled orders.
  • Fresh by default. Short routes and a fast cold chain mean goods spend less time in transit and more time being good.

About our founder

BS

Brian Siembor

Founder, Farm to Cooler

Brian Siembor started Farm to Cooler with a simple conviction: the best food doesn't need to travel far to find the people who want it. He built the marketplace so that a small farm, bakery or ranch can reach the stores and vending businesses around them without a sales team, and so buyers can stock genuinely local goods with a few clicks.
